Blow Vac Applicator
The Evolabel Blow Vac applicator allow contact free and safe labeling.
It can handle lable sizes up to 150x100 mm (6"x4") for the T63 printer, or up to 118x100 mm (4 3/4"x4") with the D43 / T43 printer.
The patented applicator plate with integrated vacuum injectors and blow nozzle, allow high accuracy label apply of distances up to 200 mm.
Applies large labels without moving parts
The Blow Vac applicator has no mechanical moving parts to apply the label.
This fact enable customers with the highest safety requirements, to have the Evolabel print and apply system installed.

Blow Vac Applicator Technical Specifications
Evolabel BlowVAC applicator is developed with ease of use and reliability in focus. It works with a pneumatic driven applicator plate that is designed with integrated vacuum functionality. This means that no electric fan or other moving parts are used.
The BlowVAC applicator is designed for print and apply systems with high performance labeling. For example side och top box labeling.
The BlowVAC applicator is easily mounted on the printer with two screws, one tube for compressed air and one CAN-cable for the electrical interface, then it is ready to go!
