eTamp Applicator
The Evolabel eTamp is one of our efficient tamp solutions.
A Rigid but light aluminum profile allow various version stroke lengths, from 150 mm up to 850 mm, yet with a perfectly maintained label precision.
Use the graphic user interface of the printer to choose the exact stroke length, which can be set to change automatically when changing from one type of product to another.
The fact that the eTamp is stepper motor driven instead of pneumatic, reduce weight and increase flexibility and safety.
It also makes the eTamp a very safe tamp applicator - put your hand in the way of the applicator and it automatically turns back to its home position!
Long stroke, yet all safe
Flexible and safe labeling with stroke length up to 850 mm. Can label the side or top of cases or pallets.
The long stroke length in combination with exact stepper motor control, makes the Evolabel eTamp suitable not only for side and top labeling on various size boxes, but also labeling pallets.
When a pallet is positioned on a turn table, the long reach of the eTamp allow labeling any or multiple sides of the pallet.
eTamp Applicator Technical Specifications
Evolabel eTamp applicator, applies labels from the side or from the top of various size cases or pallets when they stand still.
5 models with different maximum apply distance are available; 150 mm, 300 mm, 500 mm, 650 mm and 850 mm. The apply distance can be linked to the product article data base stored in the printer, eliminating any adjustments on the print & apply unit for the operator when changing from one product size to another.
The label size can be all the way from 30x20 mm up to 118x240 for the D43 and T43 and from 80x80 mm up to 178x240 mm for the T63 printer model.
With several independent and integrated vacuum ejectors, the patented applicator plate allow different size labels, gives safe and accurate label apply and minimized air consumption. The capacity depends on label length and stroke length.
The mechanical, electrical and pneumatic interface between the Evolabel applicators and printers are all the same plug-and-play standard.
